1) Customer to send gold and diamond within 1-2 days as per quotation after confirming CAD design.
2) The order will be delivered within 10 days after the gold and Diamonds Receive.
3) The company will pay for diamonds if more than 2% of the diamond is broken during the manufacturing process.
4) The cost of customizing a new design is labour plus an additional 150/- Rs per gram.
5) The parcel charges party and the company will pay separately, For Example the party sends gold and Diamonds to the company at that time company has to pay, in the same way the company sends the product to the party at that time party has to pay.
6) If the delivered good gets changes or repaire more than seven days after delivery, then extra charges will be payable as per product.
(Note: If it is company mistake it will be done free of charge and if there is a mistake of the customer the extra charge will have to be paid.)
7) After the CAD design is finalized, the gold and diamonds should be sent to company within 1-2 days and the Labour should be pay within 15 days of the delivery date.
